September: The program assigned the management for two years to a new Director, namely Dr. Helen (Eleni) Salavou, Associate Professor of the Business Administration Department at the Athens University of Economics and Business. Based on the program’s records, Dr. Salavou is the 7th Director, the 2nd Director elected on behalf of the Athens University of Economics and Business and the 1st woman leading the program throughout 23 years of operation.
March: The 1st Athens MBA International Conference on “The Future of Business” takes place in the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center.
May: Participation in the 1st Master Talks, a series of lectures organized by the postgraduate programs of the Department of Business Administration at the Athens University of Economics and Business on the subject: "Greece - Turkey. The necessity for economic cooperation in a geopolitical tensions context".
September: Educational visit to SEAT Car Industry (Barcelona, Spain).

Α title of honor is awarded to the two best performing graduates with a Chemical Engineer’s degree to the memory of Eleftherios Papagiannakis, Professor in the School of Chemical Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens.
