As part of the educational activities of the Athens MBA, a trip to Volos was organized on March 14–15, 2025, including a visit to the soft drinks manufacturing company EPSA S.A. Participants had the opportunity to learn about the company’s history, business activities, and production processes.

During the trip, a visit was also made to Hatzimichalis Estate in Atalanti, where participants were informed—through guided tours of the facilities and vineyards—about different grape varieties and the wine production and bottling processes. The trip concluded with a walk in the beautiful city of Chalkida.

The trip offered multiple benefits, including exposure to leading Greek companies and their business practices, as well as strengthening relationships between students and the Program Directors, Professors Helen Salavou and Konstantinos Kirytopoulos.
