On Sunday, December 8th, 2024, the 1st AthensMBA Connect & Beyond Networking Event was held with guest speaker Ms. Katerina Plavoukou (Continuous Improvement Manager, Mondelēz International), an AthensMBA alumna. Ms. Plavoukou presented the topic "Lean 6Sigma in the Integrated Supply Chain: Zero Loss Mindset - Material to Shelf". The presentation was followed by a discussion on the tools that help reduce losses in the supply chain, and relevant success stories were presented.
The event was attended by the Director of the program Helen Salavou, Associate Professor at AUEB, the Deputy Director Konstantinos Kirytopoulos, Professor at NTUA, as well as members of the faculty and administrative staff who shared the enthusiasm of the AthensMBA students and alumni who participated in the event.
We warmly thank Ms. Plavoukou and all the participants for their contribution to the success of the event. Special thanks to the Ambassadors, second-year students Ms. Marita Saliari, Ms. Eirini Balatsoura, and Ms. Maria Salmatzidou, and to the administrative staff for supporting the organization of the event, as well as to Voila All Day Bar for the hospitality.
